Welcome to Greenwave Group LLC! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our roll-off dumpster rental services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Rental Agreement By renting a dumpster from Greenwave Group LLC, you agree to the following:
- The rental period will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
- Any extension of the rental period will result in additional charges.
- The dumpster is to be used only for approved waste materials as specified by Greenwave Group LLC.
2. Prohibited Materials Customers are prohibited from disposing of the following materials in Greenwave Group LLC dumpsters:
- Hazardous waste (chemicals, asbestos, pesticides, etc.)
- Flammable liquids or materials
- Tires, batteries, or electronics
- Medical waste or biohazardous materials
- Concrete, dirt, or heavy debris (unless pre-approved)
- Appliances (items containing freon)
Failure to comply may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
3. Placement and Access
- The customer is responsible for providing a suitable location for dumpster placement.
- Greenwave Group LLC is not responsible for any damage to driveways, yards, or other property surfaces during placement or removal of the dumpster.
- The customer must ensure clear access to the dumpster at all times. If access is blocked, additional fees may apply.
4. Loading Guidelines
- Dumpsters must not be loaded beyond the fill line.
- Overloaded dumpsters may result in additional charges or refusal of pick-up.
- The customer is responsible for securing materials within the dumpster to prevent spillage.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Greenwave Group LLC reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received in full.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to delivery will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued once the dumpster has been delivered.
7. Liability and Indemnification
- Greenwave Group LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our dumpsters.
- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Greenwave Group LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the dumpster or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Modifications Greenwave Group LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided.
